Personally, we have in the Marines at Camp Lejeune use to bottom (so-called dry SWEEP) and normal left him a little rub the oil and the boat, it seems, a good amount of oil was added to sweep, and dispose acorde with the administration the local haz mat, and again if necessary.

Until the oil or saturated absorption. If the battery is discharged, it will be removed. The material on the ground is saturated, if it does not move, then the oil absorption is slow because there is a wick that has to dry. Agitation is dry in contact with oil. Good luck.

It is generally low for the day. This means that all the oil has dried or nothing on the ground.

saturate pool w / dry oil. Remove RUB (with a brush) and repeat.
