This is not directly covered by the Criminal Code of Canada. The Criminal Code provides for the definition of a prohibited weapon,
(a) a knife with a blade that opens automatically as fixed by gravity or centrifugal force or by manually pressing a button, spring or other device in or on the handle of the knife or
(b) any weapon other than a firearm, which is expected to be a prohibited weapon;

If you check the rules "the prescription of certain firearms and other weapons, weapons components and parts, accessories, magazines, ammunition and projectiles, prohibited or restricted", it says in Article 11:
"The device commonly referred as a" Spiked Wristband ", or connect a strap to an upper or a bow, and any other device."

§ 88 (1) of the Criminal Code states
"Any person who commits a crime, possesses or performs a weapon, an imitation weapon, a prohibited device, ammunition or prohibited ammunition for a purpose dangerous to public peace orto commit a crime. "
While states can not be a crime in itself. However, there are other restrictions.
Article 89 (1) Any person who is an insult, without lawful excuse carries a weapon, a prohibited device, ammunition or prohibited ammunition while the person or is on his way to attend a public meeting that obligation.

Then there is the problem that is hidden (Article 90 (1)).

It is crucial that you ask us to remove it by entering your building, is expected because a weapon can. And have depending on the situation, possibly illegally.
